Immune Boosting Beverage Recipe

  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 3-5 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey 
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger (preferably fresh and grated)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder 
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric 
  • 1 cup of water

Combine all ingredients, stir well and take fresh daily. Instead of drinking it all at once, you can spread it out and sip it throughout the day.
