Easier Pregnancy and Birth: Guidelines

My wife (who has had five children, all naturally) and I made up this useful chart of the hows, whens, wheres, hows and whys of making your 9 months of pregnancy easier all the way from the beginning into labor and even with nursing.  Of course, getting your spine evaluated and adjusted is an absolute necessity, especially as the pregnancy progresses and even after the delivery, when neck and upper back pain are common due to nursing or carrying the baby.
